Harry E. Oni

He is the President/Lead Consultant of Project Equip International; a duly registered organization with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the university of Ilorin and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Leadership Education, from Pillars of Peace International; an affiliate of Vision International University in USA.

He has extensive working experience cutting across several sectors including; oil and gas, telecommunications and the energy sector in Nigeria. He once worked as a trainee engineer on some offshore rigs; e.g the Eket Oil rig Platform of Mobil producing. He was also the Operation and Facility Engineer with West Atlantic Energy and Equipment Services (WAEES) Lagos. He also had a brief stint with Telecomputers and Security Network as a Communication Engineer. He is a husband, father, leader, pastor and teacher.

Harry Oni is a capacity building coach having impacted thousands of youth across the nation, for several years. He has addressed thousands of youth corp members on orientation grounds of the NYSC, encouraging them to maximize their potentials and equipping them to deploy their hidden mental capacities for productivity and performance that benefits the overall society.

Harry Oni has also raised a lot of leaders and has done several training for multinationals, private corporation and government parastatals including the Ondo State Government. He is a peak performance coach widely sought after on leadership platforms both home and abroad. He is also the author of several titles including the fast selling books, Dynamic of success and Beyond the present

Ambassador Onoja

He is the Head of Training and Development at PROJECT EQUIP. He is from Otukpa in Ogbadibo LGA of Benue State. He has close to twenty six years’ experience in Civil Society Works, Banking and Finance, Project Management, Research Administration, Diplomacy, Consultancy, Peace and Conflict Management including Counter Violent Extension (CVE) and Gender Development System.

Ambassador Onoja is a Public Affairs Analyst, a Development Consultant, Peace, Conflicts and Security Expert, an Economist, Researcher, a Diplomat of great finesse and Finance Expert.

Ambassador Onoja started with an Higher Diploma Certificate in Petroleum and Gas Processing Technology from Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun.

He is an Economics graduate from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and has a masters degree in International Affairs and Strategic Studies from the Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna.

He holds a proficiency certificate in Management from the Nigeria Institute of Management, Lagos. He is also an Associate of Charted Institute of Bankers in Nigeria (ACIB). Also to his credit, is a certificate in Health Safety and Environment (HSE) from the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals.

Ambassador Onoja also hold a degree certificate on Radicalization and Terrorism from the prestigious African Institute of Security Studies in Addis Ababa, coupled with another huge certificate in Development Works from the World Bank Institute/British Council

He is a recipient of several awards both nationally and internationally, some of which are:

  1. The Pioneer Winner of Daily Trust Newspaper “unsung Heroes” award for his service of Humanity
  2. National Award Winner, First Bank of Nigeria Plc, National Essay Competition for 2007 titled “Harnessing the Potential of Banks for meeting the millennium development Gents (MDG’s)
  3. National award winner, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria, National Essay Competition for 2006 titled “The Challenge of Choosing a Career in Nigeria”
  4. National Consolation Prize Winner, SAK International Foundation’s Open National Anti-Corruption Essay competition on the topic “Corruption as an Anti-thesis to National Development’’ in 2002.
  5. Brand Ambassador and International Award Winner of Business Letter Contest by South Africa Airways in 2001 titled: “Why I would fly to South Africa using South African Airways as my first choice among other Airlines.
  6. National Award Winner in Open National Economic Policy Essay Competition on the topic “Managing the Nigeria Economy, after privatization, What Next?” This was organized by Alcatel,  Former Habib Bank (now Bank PHB), Channels Television, Financial Standard Newspapers, Lufthansa Airlines, South African Airways and Management Information Systems (MIS)

Another notable Award for his service of Humanity is the “Kwawe Nkrumah Leadership Award in West Africa, from the esteemed West Africa Students Union Government.

He is presently the Manager of a 2 years Counter Violent Extremism (CVE) project for the GCERF/CLEEN foundation. Ambassador Onoja has consulted for the National Assembly (NASS), Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Ambah Projects International, CNBC South Africa, Economic Community of West Africa State (ECOWAS), CLEEN Foundation, Environmental Rights Action (ERA), Savanah Centre for Democracy and Development (SCDD).

Ambassador Onoja is happily married with two children.

Kayode I. Awofe

He is the Head of Operation and Innovations at Project Equip. He is an International Scholar and a special gift to the continent of Africa and the whole world at large. Kayode I. Awofe is a thoroughbred management expert and policy professional, with over six experience in leveraging finance for SMEs, private sector innovation, strategy development, value chain development, advanced business development, client management, innovative policy implementation, high supply chain management and agro consultancy.

Kayode is a multi-award winning recipient, having won eleven National and Four International awards, taking him from Africa to Asia and Europe. Kayode Awofe graduated as the overall best graduating student of Ahmadu Bello University in 2015/2016 academic session; leading several thousands of students having bagged a First Class Honours Degree in Business Administration. He had also earlier bagged a distinction in Insurance from a two years diploma course, he read from the same University, also leading thousands of student the same year.

Kayode is a graduate of the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in Seoul, South Korea. He has attended some International Conference and has been privileged to pass through the European Union Summer School for International Scholars.

He is a passionate young socio-economic activist. This led him to start the Youth Initiative for Peace Emancipation and Empowerment (YIPEE), in 2019. He has positively affected the lives of over 1,500 youths through YIPEE and intends to involve over 20,000 youth particularly females, before 2030, through his NGO.

At Project Equip, he oversees the arm saddled with the responsibility of innovating and creating new solutions for us in the market in this dynamic and competitive generation.

Alabi Tolulope Toluwani (Ph.D. in view).

Tolulope Alabi is a graduate of International Relations and Diplomacy from Salem University Lokoja. She has a master’s degree in gender studies from the University of Ibadan and currently pursuing a Ph.D.  from same university in gender studies. She is the company secretary at Project Equip. She has worked with several NGO’s and private corporations till date. She is target oriented, highly intelligent, and possess excellent reporting skills. She purposefully pursues her assignments with a goal in mind; to achieve the best. She has worked with “African Youth Action Network (AYAN)”,  the Leadership Factory, and the Saving Cross Justice Point Foundation; as an HR, conducting interviews for victims and also as a field investigator facilitating life skill sections for teenagers, children, women etc. She was also at the forefront of sensitization of gender issues while working severally on the fields.

She worked briefly with “The Orphan Empowerment Society (TOES), and then the “People Care Initiative” Ibadan as the assistant coordinator for Oyo State. She has also worked with second chance international as a data collection and dissemination officer.

Tolulope is a member of the YALI Network , and a member of The People Core Initiative. She also has a certificate of Excellence at the African Youth Action Network. She is a researcher with some academic papers and published works presently having impact on the larger society.

Moses Adekanmi Ogunwusi

He is a Finance and Economic Professional. A Motivated Speaker, Teacher, Content Creator and Graphics Designer. He is the Head of Digital Communication at Project Equip. He is a Graduate of Business Administration from Babcock University with a Second Class Upper Degree in the Academic Session of 2012/2013.

He has worked as a Paralegal Officer at Adeniyi Thompson and Co, Legal Practitioneers. He served as an Administration Officer for CHOPIN: a Multi-National in Lagos. He has also worked as the Personal Assistant to the Senior Pastor of Kings Assembly Ministry, Abuja. He has also worked as a credit control officer for HCI Healthcare Limited in Lagos, and was the professional Head in charge of updating google sheets for NHIS payments, Raising and registering invoices for the said Organization.

He has another brief experience as an intern Head/Coordinator with Jumia; been in charge of computing and documentation, using the hub management tool to monitor packaged status.

He is one of the human capital asset at Project Equip bringing to our organization desk, his wealth and experience in the corporate world for improved performance of results at Project Equip.

Joe-Obi Chetachi

She is the Head of Social Networking and Community Relations/Development at Project Equip. Joe-Obi is highly intelligent, a creative thinker and multitalented young chap driven by targets and conscious of making an impact with a difference in today’s competitive market. She is a first class graduate of Computer Science from Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State. She is currently running a master’s degree program in Information Technology. She once worked for an international NGO “Youth for Technology Foundation” as their Country Manager in Nigeria. She is presently working as an IT consultant. She loves God passionately and she is committed to using her God given gift and talent to impact lives. She is so passionate about human capital development. At Project Equip, she is at the forefront of connecting us to the grassroots and the larger society by bringing our policies and programmes of impact closer to the people.

Joseph Augustine

He is the Head of Marketing and Brand Awareness at PROJECT EQUIP. He is a second class upper graduate of Economics from the Federal University Lokoja. He is a Content Developer and Media Management Specialist with over eight years’ experience in this field. He is skilled in Project Management, Data Collection and Analysis, Graphic Design, Video Production and Youth Mobilization with a track record over the years, demonstrating strong analytical and problem solving skills.

At Project Equip, he is saddled with the responsibilities of giving our brand excellent face value. He has this wittiness to bring ideas from the deliberation desk and transform them into a content of marketable value. At Project Equip, he is designated to also take projects from conception to conclusion. Joseph has a well-rounded knowledge in Project Branding/Marketing and brand positioning for favorable leverage of product and services in the market, having worked with international and local organizations. He has consulted for UFAID, AMCOW, Action Aid of Nigeria, UNICEF, UNESCO, Africa Health Organization (AHO), Kogi State Government, Nigeria Red Cross Society (NRCS), Justice and Research Institute of Nigeria etc. Joseph has a strong desire to contribute to finding sustainable solutions to problems stifling development in Nigeria. He is one of our human assets at project Equip, helping translate ides to mobile products that can impact the masses and positively affect the society.

John O. Olusegun

He is the Head of Human Resource Management at PROJECT EQUIP. John O. Olusegun is both target and people oriented possessing the witty skills which can rally his team towards a common goal for greater productivity. He also have the ability to get his team to work with passion and focus for greater efficiency and market leverage of his organization’s products and services. He has a deep and extensive experience of productive result in Nigeria’s Oil sector. He has two degrees from reputable institutions in Nigeria. A degree in Statistics and another degree in Economics at second class upper level from the Federal University Lokoja.

He has worked in a couple of managerial positions, which involves working with a team to achieve organizational set goals, and at the same time reviving up operations for optimum delivery. Notable among his previous managerial roles was his position as the Head of Operations and Logistics for PECG/NAOC at the AGIP facility in Omok, Onelga Local Government Area of Rivers State. He was also a Project Manager for Gadlas Global World in Abuja. He is the think-tank behind the internal of staffs behavior and recruiting operation processes at Project Equip.

PROJECT EQUIP operates as a Consulting Firm, Leadership Institute and Non-Governmental Association that promotes equity in governance, raising transformational leaders alongside effecting generational changes that has a multiplier effect on grassroots and national development.
